1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing or using the Goldlet mobile application (the "App") or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or the website.
2. What Goldlet is
Goldlet is an informational calculator and live-price viewer. It lets you estimate the local-currency price of gold across 123 supported markets worldwide, using a live spot price fetched from a public market-data feed combined with the country-typical pricing conventions (workmanship, VAT, exchange rate) that we have configured.
Goldlet is not a dealer, broker, exchange, or financial institution. We do not buy, sell, value, certify, or trade gold or any other commodity.
3. No financial or investment advice
Content shown in the App and on this website is provided for general information only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and must not be relied upon as a basis for any transaction. The spot prices, exchange rates, VAT figures and workmanship conventions used by the App are illustrative defaults — they can change at any time and may not reflect prices at any specific shop, market, or moment.
Always confirm prices and applicable taxes directly with a licensed dealer before buying or selling gold.
4. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the App's pricing rules reasonable and useful, but we make no representation that estimates are accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Goldlet only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You will not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- Use the App to facilitate any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity;
- Resell, redistribute, or republish the App or its outputs as your own pricing service;
- Interfere with the App's intended operation or security.
6. Intellectual property
The Goldlet name, logo, app interface, and all underlying code, content and data structures are owned by Goldlet and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal use, subject to these Terms.
7. Third-party platforms
If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's standard end-user licence terms. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and is not a party to these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldlet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of data.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldlet and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the App after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Goldlet's operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
